Equiv calcium 81.6mg, Calcium amino acid chelate: 50mg. Equiv calcium 10mg, Magnesium amino acid chelate:50mg. Equiv magnesium 10mg), Cholecalciferol: 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3 100IU)
