Meet the perfect lunchbox treat, or easy breakfast when you’re running out the door school shoes and socks in hand. These Baby Egg & Fetta Quiche are the perfect make ahead hunger buster that are so easy to throw together and store in the fridge, ready to go whenever you are.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 g ham
- 100 g goats fetta
- Parsley, chopped
- 1 or 2 tbsp Veggie Hero
- Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Whisk eggs together.
- Slice ham to desired size.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then pour into prepared muffin tray.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
