Passionflower tea
Made from the leaves, stems and flowers of the passionflower plant, Passionflower Tea is another one of our favourites, offering properties that help with sleep and stress reduction. This tea is also rich in antioxidants and has antimicrobial properties, making it a good choice for immune support. This tea has a slightly bitter taste, so we suggest combining it with other flavours or herbs and spices to create something that suits your taste.
